This patient aged 62 years reported with a complaint of a discolored tooth and was asymptomatic. Clinical examination revealed a deep crack and a craze line in 21 and old jacket crown done 15 years back in 11 with defective margin. The photograph shows a provisional crown in 11 after removal of ceramic crown from 11. Clinically the tooth was vital. Radiograph revealed a non traceable canal with no evidence of periapical changes. Ceramic crown was planned with the regular follow up for vitality status. Depending upon the occlusion, the veneer can also be included in the treatment protocol for favorable cases.
