This patient reported with missing maxillary posterior teeth. He was not comfortable with the existing cast partial denture. Clinical examination revealed, periodontally sound 11,21,22,23 with resorbed bone in relation to missing maxillary teeth. Since implant prothesis was complicated because of inadequate bone support, attachement prosthesis was planned.
