The image shows a young patient whose permanent dentition has fully erupted, requiring a replacement of the anterior teeth. A fixed fixed prosthesis, with 11 and 23 as abutments and 21 and 22 as the pontics is planned for this case. The image shows the tooth preparation in 11 and 23 and an inflammed gingiva, which is usually common when an improper provisional restoration is given. For older patients, this inflammation can be seen even before the treatment is started. So management of the inflammed gingiva and a proper treatment plan is very important in such cases to increase the durability of the bridge.
