Right mandibular premolars showed huge cervical and occlusal restoration with pulpal involvement. Left mandibular first premolar exhibited gross destruction. Right maxillary first premolar and second molar were not periodontally sound.

The treatment plan included removable flexible partial denture for maxillary molar, root canal therapy for mandibular abutments with attachment. Mandibular cast partial denture with attachment was planned for posterior free end saddle.
